From Queens to the world
LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton has taken a minority stake in Queens, New York brand, Aimé Leon Dore. As initially reported by Business of Fashion – the LVMH Luxury Ventures, the arm of the mega-fusion of the French multinational corporation which oversees and invests in smaller creative brands has taken a monetary and resource interest in ALD.
Aimé Leon Dore will continue to operate from their New York-based HQ, while LVMH will lend their support and resources and guidance to the brand.
Certainly a major move for the brand.
